Taido Industrial Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") respects the privacy of everyone who visits taido-rubber.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
In short: this is a static website with no user accounts and no login, and it does not set advertising or tracking cookies. We only receive your personal data if you choose to contact us.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us — when you use the contact form or reach us by email, phone or LINE, we receive your name, email address, phone number and message.
- Technical information — our web host keeps standard access logs, which may include your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit, for security and system maintenance.
- We do not collect sensitive personal data, and we do not collect credit card or payment details through this website.
2. Cookies and browser storage
This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. It does use two items of browser local storage so the site behaves the way you chose:
- taido_lang — remembers the language you selected (English/Thai).
- taido_cookie_consent — remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics cookies.
Both are stored only in your own browser, are never sent to our server, and you can delete them at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
If we add analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) in the future, they will load only if you accept. You can change your mind at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the site footer.
3. Third-party services
- Google Fonts — the site loads typefaces from Google's servers, which means Google may receive your IP address in order to deliver the font files.
- Google Maps — the contact section includes a map that only loads when you press "Show map". Once loaded, Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies. If you never press it, no connection to Google Maps is made.
- Web hosting provider — keeps the access logs described above.
- Form delivery service — if the contact form is configured to send through an external provider, the details you submit pass through that provider on the way to our email inbox.
4. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations and provide the product information you asked for.
- To communicate with you about orders and after-sales support.
- To keep the website secure and running properly.
We use your information only for the purpose you contacted us about, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
5. Sharing your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share it only with the service providers we need in order to operate (for example our email and hosting providers), or where disclosure is required by law.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your message and contact details for as long as needed for our business relationship and for any period required by accounting or tax law. After that we delete them or make them non-identifiable.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, which encrypts data between your browser and the server. We limit access to enquiry details to the staff who need them. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
8. Your rights under the PDPA
As a data subject, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you and request a copy.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
- Erase your data when there is no longer a reason for us to keep it.
- Object to or restrict our processing of your data.
- Withdraw consent you previously gave, at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) if you believe your rights have been breached.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details below. We will respond within 30 days.
